我們的創辦人丹尼 (Danny)
在上世紀八十年代，「丹尼奇賞小熊曲奇餅」的創始人丹尼 (Danny)​自幼就跟隨叔父在一間傳統的中式餅舖學習製餅技術。由於他勤奮好學，加上天資聰穎，很快就掌握了所有製餅技巧。

有一天，一個名叫「Koekie」的美麗女孩出現了。Danny一見到她就傾心。當他得知這個心儀的女孩希望能夠品嚐到一款與眾不同，香脆可口，甜而不膩，入口即溶的餅食時，他為了討好她，達到追求的目的，進行了無數的試驗。終於，他成功研製出一款口味獨特，人見人愛的餅。他以心儀女孩的名字「Koekie」作為餅的命名，再加上自己的英文名字Danny，並畫上令人歡喜的小熊，將其命名為「Danny奇賞小熊曲奇餅」，並送給了Koekie。他終於贏得了美人的歸屬，這可以說是良緣由夙締，佳偶自餅成。這也自然而然地締造了一個品牌的誕生-「丹尼奇賞小熊曲奇餅」。

通過多年的努力和研發改良，「丹尼奇賞小熊曲奇餅」已經成為了明星品牌美食，包括杏仁條、蝴蝶酥、蛋捲等等。憑藉其獨特的口味，獲得了大多數人的認可，一直深受本地和海外食家的歡迎，更是遊客來到香港必選的手信之一。近年來，它深受一眾食客的歡迎，相信是近年香港飲食文化的特色之一。
